STEP 2: Discovery Call
We’ll hop on a call to talk through the details, answer your questions, and figure out which package is the right fit.
STEP 3: Proposal & Agreement
You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment. Once everything looks good, we make it official.
STEP 4: Planning Begins
Depending on your package, this is where we get to work. Timelines, vendors, logistics, communication — all handled with intention.
STEP 5: Enjoy Your Event
You show up, you’re present, and everything runs on cue. That’s the goal every single time.
Yes! We work with couples who want professional coordination and seamless execution for their wedding day. Reach out via the inquiry form and we'll talk through what support looks like for your event.
The earlier, the better. For larger events, we recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 months in advance. For smaller events or day-of coordination, a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks is ideal.
